    摘要:

    霍尔电推进技术已广泛地应用于微小星座卫星推进系统。其在带来各种优势的同时,也对地面测控资源及人力提出更高的要求,以满足星座卫星健康管理要求。为减少对地面测控资源及人力的需求,本文基于典型霍尔电推进系统在轨故障模式,提出自主故障诊断、自主故障隔离等技术。针对目前微小星座卫星霍尔电推进系统冗余有限的特点,提出通过Bang-Bang阀闭环控制模式切换,从而实现对霍尔电推进系统部分故障的恢复功能。并通过地面霍尔电推进系统点火试验进行了验证。试验结果表明:选择不同Bang-Bang阀闭环控制模式均可保证电推进系统可靠工作,从而实现在合理的参数配置条件下,可对故障起到有效地隔离和恢复的效果,并初步摸索一套适用于微小星座卫星霍尔电推进系统的自主健康管理技术。

    Abstract:

    Hall-effect electric propulsion technology has been widely applied to propulsion systems in small satellite constellations.While offering various advantages,it simultaneously imposes higher demands on ground-based telemetry,tracking,and command resources and manpower so as to meet the health management requirements of satellite constellations.To reduce the demands for ground-based resources and manpower,technologies such as autonomous fault diagnosis and autonomous fault isolation are proposed based on typical on-orbit fault modes of Hall-effect electric propulsion systems in this paper.In view of the limited redundancy in current Hall-effect electric propulsion systems for small satellite constellations,the method of switching the Bang-Bang valve closed-loop control mode is proposed for achieving the recovery functions of partial faults of these systems.The approach is validated by ground-based ignition tests on a Hall electric propulsion system.The results show that any of the selected Bang-Bang valve closed-loop control mode can ensure the reliable operation of the electric propulsion system.Therefore,under reasonable parameter configuration conditions,the system can effectively isolate and recover from faults.Furthermore,this work has preliminarily explored a set of autonomous health management technologies suitable for Hall electric propulsion systems in small satellite constellations.
